Personal Training/Written                          Programming

Your first session will start with a movement assessment, a health questionnaire, and a discussion about specifics of your health history and goals.  From there, I'll build a program that is both individualized and progressive.  Training can be done in my home gym or I can bring the gym to you. 


'Do it yourself' programming can be done in 2 sessions.  Session one 1 will involve movement and goal assessments as well as a short workout.  In session 2, we go over your program until you feel comfortable enough to do it on your own.


$75.00 for one hour.  Discount give to purchase of 3 or more sessions.
